For many years our customers have appreciated the use of our natural essential oils and our special compositions in the wide range of possibilities in the food and beverage industry.

We support you with our own product ideas and we like to work closely together with our customers. We are prepared to create a new flavour and introduce it in the form of a finished end product together with the necessary analysis papers conform with the EC Flavour law and FCC.
Our products are also used in Licorice candies and of course in chocolates. For our chocolate customers for example we create tailor made peppermint flavours with our own distillation.
Chocolate companies just as well like our ginger for special bitter chocolate and of course our blood orange as a natural organic flavour. There are only a few companies which have a licence to import organic oils. We are yearly certified – currently valid until end of 2004.

The world’s best known drink is Cola. Today, there are many existing cola formulations on the market – none however without essential oils. We can supply all essential oils needed for a great cola-flavour.
Furthermore we supply large beverage companies with our natural cold pressed Orange oil FCC, sealed with CO2 from different origins, as well as other citrus products like lime, grapefruit, blood orange and mandarin .
In addition we have been a supplier for earl grey formulations to the tea industry for decades. We offer a large variety for flavoured tea ranging from organic flavour to special natural compounds.

We have several customers which have been using our special oils for bakery for some years. Lemon and anis seed being the most popular of our 100% natural flavours.

Of course our products are also used in Pet Foods.

We supply special essential Oil flavour which our customer has successfully applied as a pig feed additive against pathogenic invasions.
Other customers use our special formulations for cleaning pig-stalls and environment. Our oils are widely used in Horse Care either for hooves or against insect plagues and as a new additive in horse feed.

No question – some tasty potato chips get their unbelievable flavour from some natural Essential oils – celery seed oil being the favourite.

Most meat products nowadays in the industry are created using special spice formulations. We supply the flavour industry with our large range of liquid spice flavours. All 100% natural, more than 50 spices and oleoresins – prompt available.

Our paprika, capsicum (Chilli) and pepper oleoresins are available from 15 kilo cans up to tons lots.
Just for your information: to get 1 kilo of our highly concentrated onion oil – you must use approx. 7000 kilos onion!

Pharmaceuticals

We serve a lot of pharmaceutical companies because not only can we supply a great flavour, but we can assure them with a certificate that our products meet their pharmaceutical law demand. Very common in the EC is the conformity with the EUR PH i.e. the European Pharmacopoe. The German Pharmacopoe as well is a Standard for a lot of Essential Oils.
We especially want to mark that our products are pure natural oils without any additives which are tested as Pharmacopoe conform.

We have served our customers in the field of detergents, dish-washing detergents, Hair- and Skin Care Products, with our natural essential oils for over fifty years. Soaps, toothpaste, ice gel and lots more – we are glad that a lot of customers trust the double use of our essential oils: the interesting odour – and partly their power to have an anti-bacterial function.

In addition to our natural essential oils we supply our customers with our natural aroma chemicals such as: Eugenol, Eucalyptol and Menthol crystals, widely used in the Tobacco Industry as well as the flavour and Fragrance industry.

Furthermore we have some nature-identical products such as Anethol, Vanillin, and others mainly used in the food industry.

For some fragrance and technical demand we offer Alpha and Beta Pinen, as well as camphor in liquid or powder form.

Essential Oils

Essential Oils have a long tradition. They have been used for thousands of years. The production method only changed in the last century with the development of the carbon dioxide distillation (CO2).
Basically there are the following main types: cold pressed essential oils – citrus oils and steam distilled oils – that’s the majority and some extractions with a solvent to obtain jasmin and others.
The CO2 distillation may be in future the next generation of distilling essential oils.
